Our aim is to offer businesses in the primary economic hubs of Waltham Forest reduced recycling and Resource collection costs, with the added ease of enhanced collection timings and locations.
NO CONTRACT – purchase a minimum of 30 Bags, which Bywaters will then collect during the following Council regulated weekdays:

Why Now?
Theme 1 of the e11 bid business plan promised to consolidate council trade Resource collection schemes. Project Cle11n aims to deliver the benefits of reduced Resource management costs and increase efficiency to all businesses.
Duty of Care
Shops, factories and other businesses have a Duty of Care under Section 34 of The Environmental Protection Act 1990 to dispose of their Resource through authorised and proven Resource collection service providers.
Your business rates do not include collection and removal of your Resource. The maximum fine for dumping rubbish is £20,000 and/or 6months imprisonment.
