'Cooling Off at Orient'
We first spotted our bins being used as ice baths at Charlton Football Club's Training ground last summer, when hotheaded Italian footballer Paulo Di Canio decided he needed cooling off. A picture of DiCanio getting in our bin was featured in The Sun newspaper in August last year.
We were pleased to see our bins again at a Leyton Orient training session. Again the bins were filled with iced water, ready for the lads to get into after their training session. If you missed the last article, this is not a torture tactic for when they haven't trained well - there is a very good reason, which is to bring body temperature back down after training.
