Bywaters exhibited at London Remade's Sense and Sustainability at the Emirates Stadium on 12th February 2009. The event highlighted that it is possible to be lean and green even during the current economic climate. The exhibition detailed that now is a good time to include sustainability across business processes, to increase profitability and be a powerful brand differentiator.
Bywaters demonstrated how the unique Bycycler recycling system can help reduce waste management costs and improve organisations' environmental performance. We also showcased the role of London's largest undercover dry recyclables MRF in maximising recycling using commingled collections.
Around 100 delegates attended the event, listening to presentations such as 'Being lean and green', 'Smarter workplace travel' and 'How to be legally compliant and how to do it cost effectively' and experienced a fashion show, exhibiting recycled and sustainable clothing.
