21st April 2010:
Bywaters is delighted to announce that it will be expanding its ‘green’ credentials by sponsoring the Camden Green Fair, held in Regent’s Park, on Sunday 6th June.

The Camden Green Fair is the biggest free event of its kind in the UK. Now in its 18th year, the event has progressed from a small grassroots fair to the most well-respected free green event in London. Attracting upwards of 25,000 visitors every year it is entirely powered by renewable forms of energy including hydrogen, wind and solar. In 2008 it was one of only three festivals to win the prestigious ‘greenest festival’ award, recognising a commitment to delivering environmental excellence.

Bywaters will be providing a complete Recycling and Resource Management service for the event. There will be dedicated recycling points strategically placed around Regent’s Park, enabling visitors to recycle as much Resource as possible, including food. The recyclables will then be processed at Bywaters' state-of-the-art undercover Materials Recovery Facility, the largest facility of its kind in London.

Bywaters has extensive experience of providing a Recycling and Resource Management to special events. For the sixth year running Bywaters will litter pick, collect and recycle the Resource at the finish line for the London Marathon.
